Job Responsibilities

• Distribute all e-mail leads to sales
• Log all leads
• Manage & Update Digital Library – all files are in the DDC Librarian Folder
• Vendor Code List / Contact List / Line List / Website Log in List
• Pricelists & Catalogs: A Drive + Z Drive
• Maintain & Update Sample Library – Top 20 (always want to keep up to date) (Minotti, Edra, Paola Lenti, Henge, Baxter, Gallotti & Radice, etc.)

Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter, with attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for working on multi-disciplinary teams and 'can do' attitude
• Should have a strong interest in hospitality interior design
