Job summary

This role collaborates with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoice discrepancies in the ERP system. Responsibilities include coordinating material movement, verifying paperwork, inspecting for damage, coordinating storage, and ensuring proper unloading/delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse, shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standard warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of materials (equipment, supplies, goods, etc.) and report discrepancies.
• Verify and review paperwork related to material received.
• Inspect material for damage, identify suspicious packages.
• Coordinate appropriate storage and ensure proper unloading and delivery procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet department and institution goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Support performance reviews and adherence to St. Jude values in daily work.
