St. Jude in Memphis is seeking a warehouse receiving associate responsible for accepting, inspecting, and scanning incoming packages and equipment. You will verify paperwork, coordinate material movement and storage, and collaborate with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoice discrepancies in the ERP system.
Responsibilities include ensuring proper handling, reporting discrepancies, maintaining attendance, and adhering to St. Jude values during performance reviews.
Responsible for the acceptance, inspection, and scanning of all incoming packages and equipment for the institution. Receives materials, supplies, and equipment from external sources. Works collaboratively with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoice discrepancies through the ERP system.

Warehouse, shipping and receiving, distribution, or other related experience preferred.
