Job description

Responsible for the acceptance, inspection, and scanning of all incoming packages and equipment for the institution. Receives materials, supplies, and equipment from external sources. Works collaboratively with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoice discrepancies through the ERP system.

Job Responsibilities:
  • List any requirements unique to this position in this department. Coordinate movement of materials (equipment, supplies, goods, etc.) and report discrepancies, if any.
  • Verify and review paperwork related to material received.
  • Inspect material for damage, identify suspicious packages, and follow up with appropriate action.
  • Coordinate appropriate storage and ensure proper procedures for unloading and delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Consistently meet job expectations, adhere to policies, and deliver quality work while applying. St. Jude values and principles. Managers evaluate employee performance throughout the year-specifically through the spring and fall Check In milestones and the Annual Performance Review.
