Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy and condition before signing.
• Maintain records for receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare, distribute and transport supplies for safe and appropriate distribution to facilities, departments, or other entities as required.
• Provide timely distribution of supplies in response to requisitions, customer requests, replenishment schedules and purchase orders.
• Warehouse and maintain inventory levels; process issues and credits for supplies and equipment as necessary.
• Replenish and maintain specialty carts, trays and kits; check for outdated supplies.
• Ensure proper preparation, packaging, initiation of return, and follow-up to returned material per documentation.
• Maintain security, orderliness, and cleanliness in all working areas.
