Job summary

PIH Health Downey is seeking a Receiver/Expediter to support the organization and execution of duties ensuring the smooth flow of materials to inventory and requesting departments under supervision.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift certification, clerical data entry, and familiarity with Material Management Inventory Systems to support warehouse operations and customer service within a hospital supply chain.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Certified in forklift/material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of Material Management Inventory Systems.
• Clerical data entry skills.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and execution of duties to ensure the uninterrupted flow of materials to inventory and requesting departments under the Central Distribution Supervisor and Supply Chain Management Team.
