Job summary

IOWA SPECIALTY HOSPITAL is seeking a motivated team player to join our Materials team. The role includes receiving and shipping duties, stocking with proper date rotation, and distributing supplies for special orders.

The position is Full-Time, 8am-4:30pm, with no holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and basic computer/office skills are preferred along with strong organizational and collaborative abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Office equipment and basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify against pack slips, documenting on pack slip.
• Receive goods in the computer by corresponding Purchase Order.
• Utilize proper date rotation when stocking.
• Region supplies to departments for special orders.
• Ship packages according to procedure.
• Be available to work additional hours if requested.
