Qualifications

• Accurate spelling, grammar and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.
• Valid California driver\'s license and good driving record required.
• Ability to work across cultures and demonstrate support of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming materials requests; maintain filing systems for internal requests and vendor transactions.
• Pull items from stockroom while maintaining inventory levels.
• Create or input purchase orders on the purchasing computer system; maintain inventory and run reports.
• Use the purchasing computer system to track orders and inventory.
• Answer phones and provide answers or redirect calls to the appropriate person.
