Job summary

La Clinica de La Raza is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites in Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano counties. You will hire, train and supervise staff, manage procurement, negotiation with vendors, and ensure quality, cost control and timely delivery of supplies and equipment.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training in analytical/administrative roles.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Materials Management operations across multiple sites.
• Direct workflow to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Design and manage procurement functions and purchasing processes.
• Maintain master office calendar and purchase order system.
