Jabil is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to manage Materials Professionals at our Auburn Hills, MI plant. You will lead analysts, planners and buyers within the purchasing function and work to optimize inventory and supplier performance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional project leadership, data management, and collaboration with site management to achieve objectives. A degree in related fields and supervisory experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of Materials Purchasing experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and administrates the Materials Analysis teams for a Site.
• May lead a group of professional analysts in Purchasing, Inventory control, Planning and Configuration Management Support.
• Supervises the data management process.
• Leads cross-functional assignments and projects.
• Works with site management to develop organizational objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
