Job summary

Terracon in Rochester, MN seeks a Project Support Coordinator to help drive the success of Materials projects, acting as a hub between clients, project managers, technicians, and laboratory teams. You will coordinate scheduling, manage service requests, support documentation, and track progress to ensure efficient delivery and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred.
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling and resource assignments for technicians.
Receive and manage service requests and assign staff based on project needs.
Communicate schedule updates to employees, managers, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Use scheduling tools and dashboards to update project information.
Support document control, proposals and report deliverables, and invoicing support.
Partner with financial analysts and project teams to maintain schedules, budgets, and contracts.
Prioritize scheduling needs and balance workloads to meet deadlines.
Follow safety rules and maintain an incident- and injury-free environment.
