Job summary

Technoform-Caprano-Brunnhofer-Gmb is seeking a materials project manager to lead development initiatives, coordinate testing and production trials, and manage supplier relationships to support growth. You will drive material optimization, ensure reliable supply, and collaborate with production, engineering, R&D, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products.

The role requires 3–5 years in materials management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in materials management, PM, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Cross-functional project coordination experience.
• Material evaluation, testing, or process improvement exposure.
• Strong supplier relationship and performance management skills.
• Excellent data analysis and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead material development projects from evaluation to implementation.
• Coordinate product development and production trials with teams and suppliers.
• Assess supplier capabilities, quality systems, and performance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate terms to optimize cost and supply.
• Monitor inventory, usage, and replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Provide technical recommendations and support material-related decisions.
