Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of materials engineering experience (composites and/or paper manufacturing).
  • Proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with materials testing and failure analysis expertise.
  • Familiarity with lamination, molding, and papermaking processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD and engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-directed; thrives with autonomy and minimal oversight.

About the Company

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Materials Engineer to own the full lifecycle of material development and optimization projects. You'll create project plans, execute independently with minimal oversight, and drive results from concept through production. This is a leadership-level position for someone who can operate autonomously and deliver impact.
