Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Materials Program Manager to lead development of new 3D printing materials from concept to production. You’ll partner with materials scientists, product teams, and external partners to deliver world-class solutions on schedule.

We look for people who are passionate about learning, shipping impactful products, and building strong collaborative relationships. You will drive cross-functional programs, manage risk, and communicate progress to leadership while scaling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or R&D environment.
• Experience in project or program management.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to drive decision making.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, execution and delivery of technically complex products from concept through production.
• Monitor progress, evaluate quality, and manage issue resolutions; report status and risks.
• Serve as the link between program teams, stakeholders, and external partners; report to leadership.
• Define scope and develop program plans to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Organize beta testing and create externally facing technical documents.
• Ensure program closure with post-launch issue tracking and documentation.
