Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Program Manager for the SF Bay Area to support an autonomous vehicle company’s supply chain team. The role centers on CTB reporting, manual demand and production planning, and ensuring timely material availability through PO management and supplier coordination.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/dashboard skills, BOM literacy, and solid MRP knowledge to optimize inventory and prevent shortages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CTB report understanding and MRP familiarity.
• Experience with manual demand, production planning, and MRP.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build dashboards.
• Read and interpret BOMs and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Knowledge of MRP system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze build plans against inventory data to determine material demand.
• Retrieve supplier quotes and submit POs.
• Manage delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Track and mitigate excess and obsolescence.
• Utilize CTB reports to drive material planning decisions.
