Job summary

Watkins Wellness in Minnesota is seeking a Production Support Associate to assist daily manufacturing operations by delivering materials, keeping work areas clean, and coordinating carts and equipment.

The role requires safety awareness, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Overtime and a 6:00 am–3:00 pm shift with Friday half-day are possible as part of a broader operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver materials to production cut cells to support daily schedules.
• Empty wood scrap bins and maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Coordinate cart collection and movement of materials throughout the production floor.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup activities to ensure work areas are ready for the next shift.
• Stock point-of-use inventory and production supplies as needed.
• Organize and coordinate tools, equipment, and workstations to support daily production requirements.
• Assist production employees with material handling and operational support activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to maintain workflow and operational efficiency.
• Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by the Production Manager.
