Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Production Assistant in Minnesota to provide internal production support on the floor for finishing machines and related departments. You will gain hands-on experience, develop mechanical skills, and contribute to real projects in a collaborative environment.

The role involves assisting daily operations, handling trays and pallets, and ensuring quality and safety standards are followed. Candidates should be able to work weekends, overtime, and adapt to a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and team projects.
• Fill trays/boxes & stack on pallets.
• Help with documentation, product quality checks and organization of workspaces.
• Find & prepare tray tags.
• Complete tasks in a timeframe that aligns with production expectations.
• Support team members with various operational tasks.
• Support 6S initiatives as required.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
