Job Title: Materials Procurement Coordinator V
Location: Pittsburgh PA 15272,Cleveland, OH 44111, Strongsville, OH 44149, Loudon, TN (Remote)
Duration : 6+months (6+ months extensions)
Pay Range: $60-70/hr w2
Project Overview:
The contingent associates do not have to physically work at the locations. The reason behind these locations is to provide them with close proximity for face-to-face support. IE: Training, Procurement, policy compliance, legal and other issues that can be better addressed more locally and 1:1 physically. It works out much better if individuals can stop by and see someone who can help them.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparing technical bid packages with internal customers
2. Prepare supplier service level commercial specifics with internal customers
3. Create technical and commercial RFP
4. Conduct/Support supplier and internal pre-bid meetings
5. Answer RFIs questions
6. Perform technical and commercial bid tabulations
7. Negotiate technical and commercial proposals
8. Engage with internal legal resources
9. Contract formulation (framework agreement)
10. Post contract supplier follow up
Education & Certifications
• Engineering background
• Experience in coatings and paint industry
• CPSM/CPM certification
• Experience with large capital projects (Processing Coatings Equipment and Construction a plus)
• Experience with liquid and/or powder processing equipment
• Material category description examples: dispensing systems, media (powder & liquid) mills, extruders, chill rolls, large bulk tanks, reactors, and automation controls
