What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineering background with experience in the coatings and paint industry
- CPSM/CPM certification
- Experience with large capital projects, particularly in Processing Coatings Equipment and Construction
- Familiarity with liquid and/or powder processing equipment
- Knowledge of material categories such as dispensing systems, mills, extruders, and automation controls

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working directly with large capital projects in relevant industries
- Additional certifications related to procurement or supply chain management
