Qualifications

• Minimum of 4, 6, or 9 years of relevant experience depending on level.
• Proven experience in precision chemical cleaning and plating processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop welding schedules and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for materials and processes including welding.
• Improve and develop welding processes to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot process problems and write specifications.

Skills

Knowledge of metals and joining methods

Hands-on experience in Brazing, Soldering, GTAW, and Laser Welding

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong technical problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
