Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Process Technician to support our Materials team at the Fayetteville, TN location. The role maintains inventory accuracy, updates standard work, and coordinates readiness for new product launches, acting as a key link between Materials, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.

Day-to-day work includes updating standard work and binder, supporting lean projects, audits, tooling, PV/DV builds, and training others.

• Lean principles used to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects of varying size and scope.
• Experience working with a variety of people in different settings.
• Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred.

Job Description

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Process Technician to support our Materials team here at our Fayetteville location. The Materials Process Technician supports warehouse and material flow operations by maintaining accurate system data, developing and updating work instructions, and coordinating process readiness for new product launches. This role serves as a key link between Materials, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and standardized processes throughout the warehouse.

Pay: Starting at $22 per hr. 1st Shift 4:30 A‑3:00 P (Mon.–Thur.). Location: Fayetteville, TN.

Day to Day

• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles

Qualifications

• A technical degree is preferred but not required
• Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging in size and scope
• Experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of settings
• Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred
• A strong mechanical aptitude
• An ability to communicate effectively – written or verbal
