Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced 1st shift Material Handler. This role is not a forklift operator position, but a hands-on position within our dynamic team.

Pay starts at $20/hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with a 4/10 shift schedule from 4:45 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities include handling materials for outdoor power equipment, moving raw materials to designated locations, operating necessary equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to standard work

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and position parts with hands.
• Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Adherence to standard work procedures and safety rules.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Records information in adherence to standard work

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
