Job summary

AriensCo, Fayetteville, TN, is seeking a motivated Materials Process Technician to support warehouse and material flow operations. You will maintain accurate system data, update work instructions, and coordinate process readiness for new product launches.

The role serves as a key link among Materials, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and standardized processes throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications

• A technical degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging in size and scope.
• Experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of settings.
• Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred.
• A strong mechanical aptitude.
• An ability to communicate effectively – written or verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle timing/line balancing.
• Support updating standard work & binder.
• Identify and implement VA/VE projects.
• Support process audits and torque audits.
• Assist with new line layout/setup and tooling integration.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and submit maintenance requests.
• Provide PV and DV build support as needed.
