Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in materials and processes technology development or manufacturing.
• Experience with materials, automation, prototyping, and processes.
• Eligible for active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead the materials and processes development team for new technologies and production systems.
• Question requirements in product and facility design to ensure cost and schedule efficiency.
• Support design, construction, commissioning and startup of production systems at new factory sites.
• Provide strategic leadership on product processes, materials and technologies to reduce risk and meet timelines.
• Lead hands-on and expedite project completion.
