Job summary

Assurant, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Material Processor Lead to supervise and train a manufacturing team on the shop floor. The role supports production efficiency, quality control, and daily KPI tracking in a Monday–Thursday shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
• Prior leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or another applicable environment preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments with their area of responsibility.
• Training environment experience.
• Forklift certified if needed for area of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• Must be proficient and certified in the area that they are responsible for leading.

Responsibilities
