Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.
• 0 to 3 years Metallurgy or Materials & Process Engineering experience, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with all levels within Weber Metals.

Responsibilities

• Understand internal and external requirements related to M&P Engineer functions.
• Participate in audits, Kaizen events, Lean improvements, Six Sigma, and 6S projects when required.
• Lead responses to relevant non-conformances during Nadcap and AS9100 audits.
• Act as technical liaison with customers and suppliers.
