Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support planning and inventory activities in our US facilities. The role collaborates with manufacturing to ensure timely shipments, accurate shop orders, and data integrity across reports and customer communications.

The candidate will work on planning parameters, MRPs, and coordinating production lines to meet customer requirements while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of production planning fundamentals and MRP
• Experience with data integrity and reporting duties.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Planners in releasing shop orders and tracking builds.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure customer commits are met.
• Perform materials requirements planning for lower value components.
• Coordinate and schedule production lines per customer requirements.
• Create/update customer order sets/reports and distribute to customers.
• Initiate cycle counts to reset inventory records.
