The incumbent will work under minimal supervision, collaborating with manufacturing and other departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Planners with release of shop orders and tracking builds.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure customer commits are met.
• Perform materials requirements planning for smaller components.
• Set planning parameters and ensure MRP orders parts.
• Manage small planning projects including field replacement units and shipments.
• Plan for test and sort capacity and on-time delivery.
• Create/update customer order sets and reports; distribute reports.
• Create part short reports and initiate cycle counts.
• Coordinate production lines per customer requirements with Manufacturing.
