Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, integrated planning covering make-vs-buy, capacity, scheduling, inventory and costs.
• Analyze demand, forecasts and historical usage to develop build-to-order/forecast plans with cross-functional teams.
• Establish methods for inventory forecasting, purchasing and material control.
• Manage production scheduling by monitoring inventories and progress, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy and manage supplier relationships to meet cost/quality/delivery targets.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, machining and assembly to address issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Represent materials organization on corporate teams and manage budget and resources.
