Job summary

Molson Coors is seeking a Manager, Materials Planning in Milwaukee, WI to lead the North America materials planning process and ensure material availability to meet customer demand. You will collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Operations to optimize planning across our brewery network.

You will drive continuous improvement of MRP processes and coordinate with cross‑functional partners to execute packaging promotions and IBP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain, Materials Management or Production Planning.
• Experience with materials planning, inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America materials planning, developing integrated supply plans across breweries and co‑manufacturing.
• Drive MRP processes and system improvements across planning platforms.
• Build partnerships with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Operations to support IBP.
