Job summary

Molson Coors is seeking a Materials Planning Analyst in Milwaukee, WI, to join the Materials Planning Team. You will develop cross-functional processes, manage material flows, and optimize packaging promotions and runouts across multiple breweries.

You will collaborate with Commodity Leads and stakeholders across IBP, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure supply planning excellence. A hybrid work model is available in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, manufacturing or business OR equivalent experience (5+ years).
• At least 3 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, production planning, forecasting, sales & consumer goods industries.
• Experience working with suppliers and developing/executing material plans.
• Ability to handle complex projects quickly and align with business priorities.
• Builds relationships and collaborates to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops materials planning process to support packaging changes.
• Supports Commodity leads.
• Creates weekly/monthly material flows monitoring packaging promotions and runouts.
• Manages Promo/Packaging inventory across multiple breweries and warehouses.
• Identifies and builds relationships with key stakeholders (IBP, Marketing, Finance, Brewery Operations, Supply Planning, Customer Service).
• Organizes large amounts of data in meaningful formats.
• Solves material shortages/runouts with support from Commodity Lead.
• Uses Business Objects to write/prepare required reports.
• Demonstrates resilience and flexibility to manage challenges.
