Job summary

Bosch Rexroth, dba HydraForce, Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 internship in Production Planning to develop future planning professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination to support scheduling decisions. Projects will grow in complexity as you demonstrate proficiency, with the goal of preparing you for an entry-level Planning/Scheduling role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college undergraduate program related to Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production scheduling activities, including work order creation, tracking, and adjustments.
• Assist with capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, materials, and customer service) to ensure production schedules align with business priorities.
• Gather, validate, and analyze scheduling data to identify gaps and recommend adjustments.
• Maintain and update ERP planning/scheduling parameters to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance scheduling, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery performance.
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to support planning decisions.
