Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Send RFQs to suppliers and prepare quote comparisons for supplier selection.
• Assist in setting up new SKUs within SAP.
• Support and attend supplier technical reviews to learn and strengthen relationships.
• Contribute to project management activities and meet deadlines.
• Perform data organization and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in supplier and material master data updates within ERP systems.
