Torrey Holistics is seeking a dedicated Inventory & Procurement Specialist to manage materials flow from planning to receipt in our Indianapolis operation. You will oversee inventory levels, purchase orders, supplier relationships, and ensure precise documentation while driving cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, vendor negotiations, ERP/MRP usage, and ongoing improvement of purchasing policies across warehouse and office settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or supply chain preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and make purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead the Flow of Materials from Plan to ReceiptOwn materials availability, purchasing execution, and supplier partnerships.
