Responsibilities include placing and managing POs in JDE, expediting with suppliers, and maintaining pricing records while supporting PPS team efforts and quality/safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with focus in Supply Chain, Economics, or Finance preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in purchasing or planning of raw materials.
• Knowledge with JDE system preferred.
• APICS certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Proactively place purchase orders per supply and demand requirements in the MRP/ERP system (JDE).
• Manage all purchase order needs up to payment issues, quantity discrepancies, and supplier corrective actions.
• Lead planning parameter changes to optimize material planning.
• Place and manage discrete and blanket purchase orders, kanban and min/max processes.
• Maintain supply through expediting and escalation to suppliers and Materials Manager.
• Provide timely communication to internal teams and maintain status reports.
• Create SI’s for internal service products.
• Keep pricing records current and support PPS team efforts.
• Adhere to Quality and Safety policies; perform other duties as assigned.
