Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Materials Operations Leader to oversee Receiving, Shipping, and Material Delivery, ensuring alignment with plant goals and safety.

You will drive continuous improvement through the Appliance Production System, lead Kaizen events, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and accountability.

Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to maintain defect-free material flow and develop future leaders in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering concentration.
• 7+ years of experience in materials and manufacturing or related supply chain roles.
• Experience with materials management and project execution.
• Strong Excel and database skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project management.
• Ability to hold others accountable and take ownership.
• Experience with NPI and change management.

• Lead Materials Operations: Oversee Receiving, Shipping, and Material Delivery in alignment with plant goals.
