Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering/operations/quality support roles.
• Lean manufacturing practices and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment and tooling in the production area from sign-off onwards.
• Troubleshoot plant processes with maintenance for repairs.
• Improve OEE through ongoing monitoring and improvement.
• Audit preventive maintenance and ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations to address defects.
• Develop standard work and job instruction methods.
