Job summary

Stio is seeking a Materials Manager in Denver to source, develop, test, color, and commercialize materials and trims that fit product goals. You will manage seasonal timelines, planning, and vendor relationships while upholding sustainability commitments.

You will collaborate with Design, Development, PLM and Production teams to align material strategy with go-to-market objectives, supporting cross-department needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and testing apparel materials and trims.
• Proven ability to manage material programs from concept to production.
• Experience with Centric PLM and data integrity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Curate high-quality materials and trims aligned with brand and product goals.
• Lead seasonal materials timeline management and BOM integrity.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, and PLM teams on material strategy.
• Support sustainability goals and certification audits.
