Job summary

Stio is seeking a Materials Manager (MM) who sources, develops, tests, colors, and commercializes materials and trims that support the entire product range. You will partner with Design, Development, PLM and Production to align materials strategy with go-to-market goals, maintain accurate material records, and manage supplier relationships.

Domestic and international travel is required up to 20% of the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Apparel Design, or related field.
• 3+ years in materials development and testing for apparel.
• Experience with PLM systems and data integrity.
• Proven track record of on-time material commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain a library of materials and trims aligned with brand.
• Manage seasonal materials timeline from fabric selection to production readiness.
• Collaborate with Design, Development and PLM teams on materials strategy.
• Support sustainable material certifications audits.
