You will oversee supervisors, lead root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Safety, Scheduling, Operations, Engineering and Quality to maintain a safe, productive environment. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in production/manufacturing, lean transformation experience, and knowledge of pull systems for fabricated parts, enabling effective

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and demonstrated lean transformation(s) of work areas.
• Experience with pull system for fabricated parts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of shipping and material handling supervisors and team members toward departmental metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Safety, Production Scheduling, Operations, Engineering and Quality to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Manage shortages, inventory accuracy, and material storage to minimize downtime.
