Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in materials or related fields, and 2+ years of leadership. You’ll partner with procurement, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in materials management, supply chain, inventory control, production planning, procurement, logistics, or warehouse ops in manufacturing, distribution, military, or related environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials management to ensure raw materials and ingredients are available to support production.
• Manage inventory levels balancing service, cost, and working capital.
• Partner with internal procurement teams and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop strong relationships to support business objectives.
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, pricing, and material issues.
• Analyze market trends, inventory data, and material costs to identify savings opportunities.
• Partner with operations and planning to support production schedules and material requirements.
• Develop and coach team members fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Utilize ERP and inventory management systems for planning, purchasing, and reporting.
