We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Materials Manager to lead all aspects of materials planning, inventory control, and materials management for our West Chester manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring uninterrupted production through effective supply chain execution, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Materials Manager will lead a team responsible for planning, procurement, inventory management, and material flow within a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment. Success in this role will be measured through key performance indicators including inventory turns, on-time delivery, service levels, and inventory accuracy.
