Control Devices is seeking a hands‑on, results‑oriented Materials Manager to lead two critical supply chain functions: Materials Management and Transportation & Logistics. This role will initially divide its focus between leading receiving, warehousing, and inventory management operations across multiple manufacturing facilities and managing and optimizing the company's transportation and logistics programs.
A key near‑term objective will be to evaluate the company's existing transportation and logistics network, lead a strategic sourcing initiative for transportation and logistics services, and implement improvements that enhance cost competitiveness, service performance, visibility, and scalability.
As transportation and logistics processes mature, the role is expected to evolve toward broader leadership of materials management processes, systems, and best practices across multiple sites while retaining ownership of transportation and logistics business processes, systems, and strategic service‑provider relationships.

Over time, the role is expected to become a key leader in establishing scalable materials management processes, systems, and best practices across multiple locations while maintaining ownership of critical transportation and logistics processes that support the company's continued growth and operational excellence.
