Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a full-time warehouse materials associate to receive, inspect, store, label, and distribute pharmaceutical materials. You will work with technicians and managers to ensure compliant, on-time shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requires a HS diploma (associates or chemistry degree preferred), valid driver’s license, and experience in materials management or GMP environments.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and valid driver’s license. Preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (chemistry preferred).
• Experience in materials management or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP and SOPs; basic computer/inventory systems skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and record incoming materials.
• Maintain loading docks, storage areas, and GMP-compliant spaces.
• Distribute materials and coordinate shipments for timely delivery.
• Operate pallet jacks, lifts, and drum handling equipment as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production campaigns.

Job Description

Support warehouse operations and production campaigns by ensuring materials are received, stored, tracked, and distributed safely and efficiently. This role works closely with technicians, production managers, process chemists, and domestic and international stakeholders to meet project timelines while maintaining compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, IATA, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and electronically record incoming materials.
• Maintain loading docks, warehouse spaces, storage areas, and sampling/dispensing rooms in a clean, organized, GMP-compliant state.
• Distribute pharmaceutical materials and coordinate shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, lifts, and drum handling equipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production campaigns.
• Collect, prepare, package, stage, and document chemicals and materials as needed.
• Record sampling and testing data and maintain accurate inventory and batch records.
• Ensure material integrity and traceability through physical and electronic inventory controls.
• Follow special shipping and handling requirements, including temperature-controlled and priority shipments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support operational needs and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of safe handling of hazardous chemicals
• Experience in warehouse inventory management
• Excellent computer skills , capability to learn site-specific computerized inventory system
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices __ (GMP)
• Full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00PM. Overtime as needed.
