Job summary

Bayer Built Woodworks in Belgrade, MN is seeking a Materials Management Administrative Support to help ensure timely service and accurate processing of materials for the team.

You will review invoices, audit order acknowledgments, process receiving docs, generate barcode labels, and communicate material status to Customer Service and Sales. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Purchasing and/or Building Materials trade.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Audit vendor order acknowledgements for pricing, quantity, and lead time discrepancies.
• Accurately process receiving documentation from vendor packing slips.
• Ensure barcode labels are generated correctly for stock and special-order materials.
• Receive product into inventory promptly and match invoices within timeframes.
• Communicate material status and sourcing needs to Customer Service, Sales and Shop leadership.
• Assist data entry, tracking and reporting tasks for the team.
• Support truck deliveries and pickups as needed and provide back-up support.
