Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with reports or dashboards is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Interest in inventory management, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
• Analyze inventory trends, usage, demand, and replenishment for better management.
• Monitor accuracy, cycle counts, and adjust stock levels as needed.
• Assist with optimization initiatives and balancing inventory across warehouses.
• Develop and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Update databases, records, and SharePoint documentation.
• Support testing of Enterprise Asset Management system enhancements and reporting.
• Participate in meetings, process improvements, and special projects.
