Trios Health is seeking a Materials Management Distribution Technician on a PRN as-needed basis. The role involves issuing medical and surgical supplies, shipping/receiving, delivering supplies and equipment, and inventory control within a busy materials management environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (Healthcare Materials Management Certification preferred) and a valid driver’s license. 1–3 years in materials management is favored.

Responsabilités

• Issue medical and surgical supplies from inventory.
• Handle shipping and receiving and delivery of supplies.
• Maintain clean and orderly storeroom and inventory.
• Record and respond to all orders from serviced areas.
• Alert buyers to potential stock-out situations.
• Charge supplies to departments as needed.
• Label patient chargeable supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Wage Range: $18.30-$27.73/hourly

How You’ll Contribute

A Materials Management Distribution Technician is responsible for issuing of medical and surgical supplies from our inventory, shipping and receiving, delivery of supplies, cleaning and delivery of patient care equipment, customer service and inventory control. Reports to: Director, Materials Management

• Answers and records all orders from serviced areas.
• Fills stores requisitions and delivers supplies to ordering department.
• Alerts buyer to potential stock out situations.
• Charge supplies to various departments.
• Labels Patient Chargeable supplies.
• Keeps storeroom clean and orderly.
• Checks all areas on Par Level System and the storeroom for outdated supplies.
• Performs additional duties, as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma Required.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Certifications: Healthcare Materials Management Certification preferred.
• Licenses: Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum Work Experience: 1-3 years experience in Materials Management preferred.
