Trios Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Part-Time Day Shift position in Pasco, WA. Join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care within Lifepoint Health's network.

The role emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and contributing to performance improvement while supporting outpatient services. Requires relevant PT credentials and state licensure in Washington.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy.
• License: Current license with the state Board of Pharmacy.
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS preferred. Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments.
• Rapid learning and navigation of multiple pharmacy/clinical software systems. Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand).
• Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Manages drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Reviews, interprets, and evaluates medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems.
• Provides drug information and education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacy students.
• Documents interventions and outcomes for drug therapy quality improvement.
• Verifies medication orders for accuracy/completeness prior to entry; checks filled medications prepared by technicians; maintains proficiency with pharmacy automated systems and software.
• Manages patients in an outpatient anticoagulation clinic, including point-of-care testing, result evaluation, dosing, and scheduling.
• Participates in performance improvement and required continuing education.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

How You'll Contribute

What We're Looking For

Hourly range: $61.45-$91.31
