Kindred Hospital Northland seeks an organized stock room associate to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies in a 50-bed long-term acute care setting. You will ensure accuracy of purchase orders, assist accounts payable, and maintain a clean, safe stock area.

The role requires confidentiality, clear English communication, and strong teamwork. You will interact with patients, families, and staff while supporting billing data entry and inventory controls.

Kindred Hospital Northland is a 50-bed long-term acute care hospital, offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period; which includes a six-bed high observation unit for patients who need extra attention. We partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care 7 days a week so you can start your journey to wellness anytime. Located off of highway 169 and 68th Street, we are a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants.

Job Summary

Maintains the stock room and is responsible for the receipt and distribution of supplies.

Essential Functions

• Assists with supply check-in and verify against purchase order.
• Forwards purchase orders and packing slips to Accounts Payable.
• Distributes supplies to appropriate location.
• Maintains a cost requisition system.
• Assures that the stock room is clean, safe and orderly.
• Obtains data on chargeable supplies used by each patient and transfer the information into the computer system for billing.
• Assists with physical inventory.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
