Kindred Hospital Las Vegas – Flamingo is seeking a Stock Clerk to maintain the stock room and manage receipt and distribution of supplies for the ARU and LTACH units. The role supports billing accuracy by documenting chargeable supplies and assists with inventory controls.

Responsibilities include verifying purchase orders, forwarding slips to Accounts Payable, and ensuring a clean, compliant stock area in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Kindred Hospital Las Vegas – Flamingo and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is a 78-bed hospital. With 66 long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) beds, we offer the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. Our ARUhas 12 private rooms andis designed for people who have experience the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness and like the LTACH, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. We are located less than 4 miles east of I-15 off of Flamingo Road. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants.

Job Summary

Maintains the stock room and is responsible for the receipt and distribution of supplies.

Essential Functions

• Assists with supply check-in and verify against purchase order.
• Forwards purchase orders and packing slips to Accounts Payable.
• Distributes supplies to appropriate location. Maintains a cost requisition system.
• Assures that the stock room is clean, safe and orderly.
• Obtains data on chargeable supplies used by each patient and transfer the information into the computer system for billing.
• Assists with physical inventory.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all patient and/or employee information to assure patient and/or employee rights are protected.
• Understands the principles of growth and development for the entire lifespan and ability to provide care appropriate for adult and geriatric patients as appropriate to the patient population.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively through verbal and written means to the extent necessary to perform job duties appropriately. Reading and comprehension at level necessary to perform job duties appropriately.
• Ability to work under stress and to respond quickly in emergency situations. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills when working or interacting with patients, their families and other staff members.

Pay Range: $15.00-$19.02/hr.
