Job summary

Eversource Energy in Hadley, MA is seeking a Materials Logistics Supervisor to lead staff handling receiving, control, and delivery of materials to operating areas. You will ensure proper records and timely support for outages and projects.

Requires 5+ years in distribution or warehousing supervision, a related bachelor's degree, and knowledge of distribution, warehouse operations and inventory management. CDL A/B and APICS certifications are desirable. Salary range noted below.

Qualifications

Requires distribution and warehouse operations knowledge.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience with inventory management technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to coordinate warehousing, trucking, crane operation and related activities.
Plan daily schedules and assign work to meet operating group needs.
Supervise staff and resolve problems with internal/external partners.
Monitor financial budget including O&M, overtime and capital costs.
Lead process-improvement initiatives and implement approved changes.
Maintain accurate records of receipt, storage, inventory and delivery of materials and equipment.
